Sumba Timur – Keberadaan listrik bagi warga di pelosok negeri, seperti di Desa Kamanggih, Kecamatan Kahaungu Eti, Sumba Timur, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) sangat penting, puluhan tahun mereka hidup tanpa listrik, bahkan untuk mendapatkan air untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari membutuhkan waktu 7 jam.
